Nothing is flawless, not even your return envelope

The point is, we have low voter turnout (~150). We have a low error/invalid ballot rate (~3 or .02). If we can identify 2 of those 3 ballots as belonging to a member who has not yet voted, you've dropped the "problem" down to .0067 of the voting members of the club. I mean, how much more effort do you need to put into making the ballots line up? If someone can't/won't/doesn't put their name SOMEWHERE on the envelope, they probably also forgot to mark the ballot inside. You're better off trying to get more people to vote in general. Put the pre-printed return envelope money into sending out a bunch of reminder emails badgering members who have not yet voted to "Git 'er Done!". Again, I don't dislike your idea, but let's not make it seem like it's a HUGE issue. It's not. Apathy, largely due to the negative attitudes on this forum, is to blame (in my opinion) for lower vote turnout.

Anyway, get out there and vote, people! Let's get 300 votes this year (predicted error count of 2.01 invalid ballots). Or better yet, 500 votes this year (predicted error count of 3.35 invalid ballots). Let's get EVERYONE to vote this year.
