Re: We understand your feelings Steve. The club

I agree Mitch with what you assessed.
Jim has a good heart and willing to help the Club.
Jerry not so sure of as he was been willing to stop the
trade sessions because it takes away from sales
from dealers ? Is this correct? If so is he about
sales for friends that are dealers ? Our Club could
use more collecting hobbyists and new faces for
comradeship but not necessarily for convention sales.
Most hobbyists most likely get buy/chips on EBay and
other chip sites and from fellow collectors. Also of course
from several shows that go on throughout the country
during the year.
So I agree we need more Public Relations to gather more
interest and exposure to our Club and hobby and need more
members. Who is best at this and what changes do the club
members want.
Jerry seemed to have left because he couldn’t get his way.
Ideas I understood weren’t feasible or the best for our club.
I’m sure he can be a good person but is he willing to get along
if his ideas are shot down. Example a physical Museum doesn’t
seem feasible affordable or practical, would be nice but who and
how many people would go and is it profitable?
We have one online that you could never fit into a building.
Everyone is online anyway. Facebook EBay Chip Chat auction
Marlow Casino and I used to like also Robert Eisenstadt’s site.
All-Chips NJ chips. The Chipguide/Mogh etc.
Oh well like you I’m on the sidelines for now and want to here
more from them and other members.
