We understand your feelings Steve. The club
In Response To: CCA Election ()

membership is entitled to a debate/discussion/townhall to hear the vision of both candidates. Sometimes I think Jim gets a bad wrap. Anytime I have ever asked him a question he has always tried to find the answer for me. I do think he has worked hard and always been friendly. However, I think Jerry does have some good ideas to help the club to move forward and handled the convention before getting sick with incredible efficiency and determination. Honestly we like them both and wish they would somehow be able to work together. It’s not about who you like the most, but who can do the best for the club. We have somewhat moved on from the hobby and just pretty much stay on because of our love of chips and casinos, and many awesome relationships and friends that we have made through the years. Our hope is the club finds some direction to help with its membership and its future goals. We would agree the club needs something new and fresh ideas moving into the modern day future to be it better. Otherwise, it will will probably continue to diminish in stature because the facts speak for themselves. A declining membership without growth is not a good direction to be heading. As it stands, now we are undecided, and would like to hear more. Otherwise we may not even vote until we really understand what the two candidates have to offer and plan to do if they win.
Wishing them both well, and the best for the future of CCA.

Mitch and Cheryl Heller
