I had a long history with Rich dating back to the late 70’s where he worked under my supervision as a dealer in Atlantic City at the Boardwalk Regency. We certainly had our differences over the years and in fact we had made peace with each other about six months ago. I offer my condolences to his family and many friends. RIP Rich
