South Point

There have been some questions asked concerning South Point

The convention dates are being honored and South Point has a full schedule of conventions all the way thru the rest of the year.

There is a waiting list for later dates in the year should anyone cancel. We are also on that list for a later date as an option

Their Bowling tournaments are scheduled all the way to 2033. We may have to rearrange some our scheduled convention events due to the high volume of their activities.

We have the option of canceling the convention at any time with no penalty. The penalty was waived as there is currently a waiting list from past scheduled conventions to hold their's this year.

Since the demand is high at this point they will have no problem filling the time slot.

There are a lot of things to consider concerning the convention. Among our concerns are:

1. The health and well being of our membership

2. The number of Dealers who will attend

3.The amount of Club members who will attend

Many of our costs are fixed and whether 1 or 1000 show up doesn't matter the price is the same.

The BoD is trying to weigh all the options.

It is important that you fill out the questionnaire and send it off.

Stay Safe and Healthy to All
