() Bill you’re missing the point. Stating the images are “used courtesy of” infer they are being lent to the Chipguide for them to use and educate. Submit is vague and as Charles interprets “gives irrevocable permission” to the Chipguide to do what they want..and more importantly ownership of an image that is not really a new work.
