() This is exactly the type of response that seems typical and it does 3 things:
1. Discourages new members and growth of the hobby
2. Alienates existing members
3. Creates vitriol among members
The fact that you can't recognize it is one of the things that makes you unfit to lead. I know others are annoyed with the constant bickering but I refuse to remain silent with this type of response and frankly I'd rather see this entire site burned to the ground rather than not speak out.
