When EBay switched from PayPal to direct bank deposit they had requested bank routing and acct info. I set up a separate account
just for EBay transactions.

They never asked for a DL. I would question this and maybe talk directly to an EBay rep.

Usually if the email message is legit it will start with your name as the greeting, not something like "Dear EBayer".
