I recently purchased the below chip from a guy in the hobby whom I consider to be a stand up guy. I asked him to send it in a regular envelope to save a few bucks, I've usually have had pretty good success but this time the rollers in USPS' automated machinery did a number on this chip. So note to Bill, padded envelopes are the way to go.
