"NON-MACHINEABLE" so that it does not go through the automatic Krusher machine. Also, include at least one sheet of paper to give the envelope some weight, and cushion your chip with some bubble wrap, a cardboard Starbucks coffee holder or some such. The chip should be situated in the middle of the envelope, not to one side. Your post did not mention these precautions, hence they may have been omitted.
