Re: Who does someone turn to in a situation ~~~

Steve I personally post things of interest to me like
my new acquisitions or respond to other posts.
But when it gets technical or personal I’ll almost
always just email or call the person I want more
clarified answers for.
You are a great guy and have contributed a lot to
the hobby and Club from what I’ve heard. Don’t be
to disgruntled by just one or two people because
the rest of us value you and your knowledge and
experience.
Alls we can do is try and don’t forget you are part
of a big community of collectors and our biggest
concern might be the world economy which dictates
people’s ability to do extra things in their lives. 2008
hit the collecting hard but came back then Covid
So now coming back but now Recession is in the talks.
Let’s hope that doesn’t put to much of a damper on
people’s ability to travel and do extra things in life
like collecting.
One reason recruiting is so difficult, the young are limited
in resources, even I have limited time due to work.
But I see where older retirees which I’m headed towards
have more time and hopefully funds to travel and
continue collecting.
I’m glad the younger people in our Club like Barry are
stepping up are willing to help bring us into the future
with our club. We need not back off but move forward
I’ve even questioned myself on that thought but I’m going
to keep trying and maintain my good standing and
I guess we’ll both see where this goes.
Good seeing you Steve at the convention.
Torrey
