Does Anyone Here Remember Joe Benon?

Jay, You're absolutely right those meetings were fantastic, they were more of a social event then meetings. I would always attend the meetings with 2 of my best friends Bob Holborow and Lynn Brooks, both of whom passed away much to soon. I also remember the other great people we lost. Gene and Arlene Grosblatt, Charlie Rodgers, Jerry Wall, Joe Benon, Henry Garret and so many others. I lived in Lancaster, CA. at the time, it was a 160 mile round trip for me. I looked forward to this event each and every month that I could make it. In my 30+ years of collecting these great casino chips. Those definitely were some of " THE BEST OF TIMES ". A shout out to my good friend " JIM MUNDING " he was the ringmaster for many of those meetings.
