Re: USPS Non-Machinable Again

The problem I have is too many 1-2-3-4-5¢ stamps. I can find those well under face, but I can't find the more useful 29 and up stamps. Seems people on eBay think they are somehow "rare". Last batch I bought from someone who collected sheets as they were issued in the 90s, and I was happy to pay face for Daffy Duck and some other nice animal issues. All gone mailing out postcards.

Somewhere, which is a mysterious place in my living room, I have a tin box, packed full of plate blocks. Those sure have gone out of style as well.

If anyone knows where I can find 1991 to about 2006 first class stamps, which are 29-39 cents, bulk for discounted prices, I'm interested.

12-13 of the smaller stamps, starts to take up too much space on the envelope.
