What I can contribute on the history of this chip is that old timers remember that legendary chip dealer C.T.Rodgers had a seemingly endless supply of them. Every time I did a trade with him, I would take one of these because they were easy to sell. The next time you looked, it was replaced by another in his sales binder, and it was present at every Bellflower chip show and every convention, no matter how many I took. Perhaps all of them we now have originated with him. Maybe ask his daughter Barbara at the next convention. She may know how many he originally found.
