Not listed in Fuller's or Marchel's but I remember playing a MIll's high top slot there. My brother-in -law and I use to stay in all the old hotels when we were out in Nevada picking . So when in Winnemucca we stayed at the Winnemucca Hotel . It was 10 below zero and I'm in a room in the corner of the Hotel which is built with rock walls so I had a wall on one side of the bed an another at the head of the bed . Just before freezing I went out in the hall where there was a heater hanging from the ceiling at the other end of the hall , no heat in the room . So I dragged the mattress out in the hall and slept there . In the morning the owner came upstairs and asked me what I was doing ,I told him I was trying not to freeze to death. He bought my brother-in-law and me breakfast and waved the room cost .
