Nothing else is required; nobody needs to mention any history of where the original image that was used to create the image that is being used came from or anything else... and the reason(s) why we must follow what has been asked of us has been fully explained here... which is quite clear.... and whomever wishes not to play by the rules should simply not play.

I see no need, whatsoever, to bring up anything other than the simple Bottom Line re1uest by ChipGuide who is following what legal advice suggested they follow. It's all loud and clearl. No namecalling is needed, no mention of whom thinks they "own" ChipGuide needs to be mentioned, either.
