if i mail non machinable less than 1/4 thick no tracking 2 oz about 1.00 when i print a e bay label with tracking for 4 oz can be 3.45 too3.89.
by doing it this way no trips too the p.o i just put it in my mail box.
maybe this will help but yours might be diff
