When I was doing my research on dating the ROULETTE mold last year, I did see some ROULETTE chips from some Caribbean casinos that according to the ChipGuide dated to the 1970s, based on when those casinos closed. But when I did more research on those casinos using old newspaper databases, I realized that the dates for those closed casinos in the ChipGuide were probably wrong.
