Okay, I've obtained some new information. These chips were recently created. They haven't been in storage for 15-20 years. I completely missed out on some information in the thread which I've gone back and read thoroughly about. Similar way to how some of these other sets have been created.

I didn't realize this when I made the video yesterday, but that's the way life goes. You learn something new everyday and it shows that you probably missed something the first go around. Recently created chips that I'm sure like Michael said, these probably won't be released as far as sample sets. These are probably going to stay as playable sets and in mint condition. They are still insane as far as colors goes and I'm sure they will go onto that list of some of the most fun looking colors that have ever been created. That is for sure.
