No idea on how many subs or members are apart of PCF, but it does seem to be growing day by day. Awesome forum for those that want to collect sets. There are some people on there that do collect singles mainly, but not many. If so, they are the harder to come by singles for a sample set or something. As far as buildings sets, I think PCF is the way to go and easiest way to find things in quantity.
