Thanks for the help everyone! Yes I also got the email on my Ebay site under my messages. I also have some money "on hold' that they won't send unless I send them all that info. I looked up under Account Settings and Verification and it says that all that stuff is required. But I have been getting payouts to the same account ever since they did away with Paypal so I don't understand why they would need to verify my identity now.
Just wanted to see if any of you had gotten this message as well. Could it be because I'm having payouts sent to a checking account? Is there another way to have them sent?
