The NCO / Denomination chips are probably military related, with the base used at currently unknown.

My records indicate that I am in need of both the $1 and $5 chip for my ever growing collection.

In all likelihood, these chips were used at a stateside location as opposed to overseas, but that is merely speculation on my part.
