Well, I'll start with the easiest one!

"Denver Basin Petroleum Club" was an illegal gambling establishment, known on the ChipGuide as CG#163048. I know nothing about the club itself.

The manufacturers of your chips are not that critical as far as trying to identify the clubs from which they came (everyone is going to jump on me for writing this!) - more important is to match the design or initials to some known chips. Hat and cane mold most likely Paulson or one of the predecessor companies using that similar mold.

Sorry - no time right now to expound on the other chips.
