Re: My EBAY horror story
In Response To: My EBAY horror story ()

In all my shipping of chips, only once have any broken in shipment. An older clay chip. The chip was not valuable, and the buyer was a repeat customer, so I didn't doubt his honesty. Bottom line -- I now use the padded envelopes on the cheap chips too.
IMHO: it's the buyer's responsibility to deliver the money; it's the seller's responsibility to deliver the product.

My EBAY horror story
What was the total in $$?
Ebay: burden is on seller, not buyer
I have never yet had one instance ~~~
EXAMPLE: Seller offering a partial refund.
Re: EXAMPLE: Seller offering a partial refund.
The chip was €7 and shipping over €5.
It doesn't take much (pressure) to crack an old ~~
