We were on the Countess out of San Juan, and one look at the chips ended my interest in picking any up... and while in conversation with management I had brought up the subject of UV markings when someone rushed over and introduced himself as "I am the person who inspects the dice" and during the few minutes I was in the room he pointed to a table saying "those have not been put into play yet because they have not been inspected yet..." Didn't think much of it at the time but the whole process appeared to be Top Secret from what I gathered. They were interested in showing me what they wanted to up to the point with the dice that have not been inspected yet... I don't know...
