Example of how it can be so secretive.

When London Clubs was building their property at Lucaya, GBI, I was visiting the site while it was under construction every time I was in Freeport; at least once per month for well over 18-months -- my objective was to learn who and when the chips were going to be made.

Not only did I visit the construction site offen, I also visited the office in the construction trailer; always trying to worm out any info I could... Everyone was friendly and the bottom line each visit was nothing yet about the chips being delivered.

Then, one day when the property was finished and completely furnished, I did a tour of the complete.casino floor and even helped one of the carpenters who was having a problem setting the main entry doors threshold by trying to get a bite into the concrete...

Left the casino and walked over to the trailer to pop in a say hello and, the first words out of my mouth were about the chips and, one of the girls said... "The playing cards were delivered last week and upon Gaming's inspection of them, they failed and instructed us to return them to the manufacturer..." and, I asked every question in the book along with asking if there was a deck that I can see

I was told to visit the office in the mall next to the casino...

Bottom line was that nobody was even permitted to hold any part of the shipment and both Gaming and the manufacturer made a point to get that across to everyone involved.

London Clubs was having some problems at the time; they left.and the developer moved on.
