Hall of Fame Process

After the nomination process, the current members of the Hall of Fame have the opportunity to discuss the merits of the nominees. After discussion has completed, a vote is taken on each nominee. A nominee needs a majority of the votes for induction. As far as I know all the living members of the Hall of Fame voted this year, except for one. What I found is critical for induction into the Hall of Fame is that nominations include a detailed write up of the nominee's contributions to both the hobby and the CCA. Not all Hall of Fame members are familiar with the nominees, that is why the write up is so important.
