When Ebay did the same thing to me I just opened a new checking account with another bank and I use that account to have the funds deposited into once a week. I am sure you have more than one bank in your town and it keeps ebay away from your real account.

With this new bank I can then send the money I get from Ebay to my real accounts without any fees.

Just something I did and it works ok for me.
