ChipGuide question

Is it possible the listings can be lost during updates?

I notice several of my submissions which were entered years ago, have very recent dates of being updated and do not notice any changes. Is this a maintenance procedure?

I just tried to locate a CG number to include in a description of a chip I was planning to submit as instructions to where it should be listed, and I don't see what was once there.

Also, whenever I submit, I get the red text saying it was accepted though, during the past week I do not see any of the chips listed... and two of the most recent submissions were listed without my name as submitter.

I have been updating some listings with opening and closing dates and addresses, and I do not see the updates.

Could it be possible these updates are being deleted accidentally during the update process?

Once a submission is accepted and the entry made, is that original submission still on an index... and, are original submission images saved? I ask because I notice some of my images being poor quality and not the quality they were when submitted. Does this happen when I see these recent update dates?
