If has a city name and address on it, no doubter. That’s so laughable, it hurts. In Illegal chip collecting, rarely do you see either for obvious reasons. Without an order card... the best ID BTW, the newspaper is absolutely the best source of info, period. Having done hundreds of Illegal chip searches, a deep dig in the newspaper leads to the highest number of correct ID’s.

And this is coming from one of the “Kentucky Boys” as Gene called us, who would attribute any initialed chip to a club and always knew a guy who had the chips in his drawer for years.
