I did play at the Overland before they closed as I used a parking lot close to them.
To answer your question about Redfield the big hit he made was before Christmas and there were a lot of rumors.
We didn't get our Bonus for Christmas that year,and we didn't see the Politicians line up for the FAMOUS Fitz handshake
with them for the Holidays that year.
The reason we thought Fitz got his money is we got ours for Valentines Day that year along with the box of See's chocolates,
which was Fitz's Christmas gift to all employees and most players every year.We did not hear if the regular non paid shills got their $20 bill for the carp tables.
