I returned an item I purchased on Ebay. Seller sent me a pre-paid USPS Priority mailing label for the return postage and I mailed it on Aug. 1st to Riverside, CA and it didn't make it past Philadelphia - (still in transit as of Aug 19th).
Seller opened a case with Ebay for NOT getting the item back and Ebay ruled - I get NO refund since it did not get returned to the seller in a timely fashion.
Does anybody have a direct Contact # for Ebay. I have tried all the phone #s listed online and can NOT get thru to a live person to get this resolved. Any help would be appreciated.
