It just means that Ebay will handle all payments now and no more paypal. They say it is better because anyone who buys from you can now use any payment method they want (Credit Cards, Paypal, or Bank Accounts). I pulled everything off ebay just before they went to this just so I can see how this works with small groups of sales. One of the big draw backs I saw is that you don't get instant funds like you did with paypal but you are still required to ship. You have to wait a couple days for the payment to clear and then it is automatically deposited into some type of checking account. Another thing they will do is take all the fees that you owe right away so they will no longer charge you at the end of the month. Basically Ebay gets paid before you do.
