Bob, I honestly do not blame Bill. If a fault it was mine for trusting to much the chips I received and I did not examine them close enough when I received them. The sad part is someone who we all trust would send used chips for a contest where it is stated su / new. So someone looked at the chips as slightly used. So now if I run the contest again it will be changed to NEW only which I hope will eliminate the miss interpretation of su.
