hey Dennis, its not your fault and you should not have to replaced any used chips that someone has sent in for the contest. and you did state that the chips should be UNC, as always. It seems like there is always that 1 person, 19 people send UNC chips and then that 1 person sends well used chips. guess they cant afford to paypal you 4.00 for 4 UNC 1.00 chips...LOL...those 2 Ballys chips on the bottom row were well used.
