Hi John, as a kid I worked at the beach bagel shop on Ocean Drive and Biscayne Drive, South Beach Florida. .... after school
I would sweep up the place and I would bring home day old bagels from the end of the day also I learned how to make bagels and Bialies .... And to me it’s not a bagel unless it has a hole in it .... take care, Rich
