I know that David is among the most knowledgeable people in the hobby. That is clear. He may be the most... I also know that he gets more done in a day than most people. We don't always agree on particular club issues but I think we all want the the best for our club.

My issue with your recommendations is that you are a current officer and these candidates are your good friends. If you are in business
with David outside the club, In my opinion it is shady to recommend your business partners to office from your current BOD position. There is
clearly a conflict of interest and I would think if you were to vote for David instead of abstaining, we would have to note this in our form 990
filing this year. We need to clean up our act a little if we are going to reorganize for growth.

If we weren't in organizational decline I wouldn't be posting… I personally think we need to hear from the candidates how they plan to change
things to reverse our current trend. David's plan may be the best, I'm interested in seeing what plans are put on the table.
