i have it copied from org book .both sides had access to org book ,owner let me take it apart ,went to kinkos &had it copied just as you see it ,113 pages so theres 56 pages front & back.you can borrow it ,copy it ,put in your own binder ,ohla got your book free,just pay for mailing to you &send it back.to me in a few days ,jer
