As a member of the Big Bear California Historical Society, we are doing a research project on one of our local painters, Alan Woods. His cartoon-satire type paintings can be found in various places in the west. Some of his paintings were also found on the faces of poker chips. One of his paintings was on the cover of a spiral bound book called the “Cathouse Connection: Guide to Brothel Collectibles by David Whalen.

We are looking to obtain a copy of this book, but have been unable to locate any on E-Bay or Amazon. If you have one of these books and are willing to part with it, please contact me.
