I kinda goofed up in not putting some things into my post. I guess that my main gripe is that eBay does not do a good job in explaining to the buyer that the Seller has no idea in advance of what the shipping charges will be, has no way of finding out if someone asks for a quote, has no control over the charges, and therefore can not negotiate the price, does not receive the money in the PayPal payment, and so has no control over the funds once sent.

To your question of the $4o+ shipping. Yikes! I thought that I had entered 3 ounces for the packages in the template I put together. I didn't specify the package dimensions though, as I use (re-use) different size bubble mailers or #10 envelopes depending on the number of chips or cards or dice being sent.
