Who determines the ebay global shipping prices?
I bought two bulky items a few days ago from the US to ship to me in the UK.
The price quoted on the listings for the global program shipping was $10 each. That is exactly what I was charged.
I figure that regular mail would have been 2-1/2 times that much!

Ive received a few items shipped that way this year. Some got here really quickly, some took forever.
Interesting that your issue relates to Germany, the globally shipped items reach the UK via Germany.

Now just out of interest I looked at one of your keycard items to see what the global program would charge me and it came up with $42.14 !!!!!!!!!!

Im just wondering if there is somewhere you have to specify size and weight that has gone wrong?
