Waaaaayyyy too long a time period for a buyer to decide if the item is defective or not as described! Positive feedback is rendered impossible by this new policy. Feedback currently must be posted within a shorter time period - think it's a month. I have in the past been caught after posting positive about a buyer, only to have the buyer then open a case and complain against me (he wanted TWO chips since I showed TWO scans of the SAME chip in the listing, and admitted that he did not READ the description!), resulting in a negative posting that I could not challenge. So, don't expect feedback from me until 180 days have passed.
