In real life my Saddle West 25¢ chip looks more brown than dark gray.
Under a scanner it isn't even close:

(I couldn't straighten the 25¢ chip because they were scanned together)

If you look at the brown color of "SADDLE WEST" on the inlay it's not the same as the chip color.
It's the same color as the semi-sweet chip though.
