this is wonderful....I would love to find a few of those chips. Yes, Charles Willmering was my great grandfather, and he was a brick mason contractor. When i was a kid visiting Amarillo, my grandmother took me to a few streets still existing in brick, and claimed he had done them. She had a walking stick with a silver handle with the engraved words "Walk on Willmering Walks"...That stick got lost....wish I still had it.
