Waterfront Casino Club UK Help Needed

I picked this 25p chip up this week as a UK chip that I needed. It is actually yellow but doesn't scan well.

My problem is that the only Waterfront Casino Club that I know was the one in Westcliff in Essex which used to be one of my local casinos before it closed, but I do not remember this chip being used there. I have also scanned the 50p, £1 and £5 chips which I personally picked up from the casino, the £100 that I remember being used but I only acquired after the casino closed (drilled and sold as a keyring) and the back-up £5 chip that was used as a back-up chip in the Westcliff Casino next door which is where I found that chip.

The Gaming Table only lists the one casino.

So, does anyone know for sure where this chip was used - was it really at a casino that I frequently visited but never saw in play, and which is so different from the 50p fractional, or did it come from another, unlisted casino. I can see that they use a similar, but not exact match, font to the main chips, and also have the '*' between the words, but equally why use a different fractional. It was a very small casino and only open a few years, so I can't believe they had more than one fractional issue. The smallest roulette denominations that I saw in use was 50p, so not sure why the would need a 25p chip, although it is possible they ran 25p roulette sometimes (they did at the Westcliff next door in those days)

I really like the chip, just frustrated by the lack of clarity to where it came from

Thanks

Jason
