I think "thrown out of the Deep South Chip Collectors Club" is a little harsh, I was treasurer of the Deep South Club at the time, and the board asked Vic to do the right thing in the round robin, he refused, it was time to pay dues at the time, and the club would not renew his membership. BTW I had trading session with him while a club member and traded and brought from him since, I never had a problem
