Re: An observation of a Paul-Son inlay anomaly....

Jim... very common w/ older Paulson chips found in flea markets in Florida, but my question is: What is the exposed litho texture directly below the wafer? Ever since I've seen my first example, I always run my fingernail over an inlay to feel for the crosshatching to be sure that area did not pop off... and I'm very cautious with chips in Mylar because it's difficult to detect w/o asking the seller to remove it.
