Seeing as it costs more than $2 to ship (if you do it properly), they are selling at a loss.

All things are not equal.
I have to pay people to get me new issues from LV and then pay for onward shipping to the UK.
Then I have to pay international shipping again to get them back to customers in the US.
I use a flip inside a padded envelope, I know many do not.

Someone living in Vegas obviously has a big advantage.
