I totally agree with you, it is incredibly disturbing. Especially how easy it is for some people to get access to citizenship, while the Egyptian Coptic population is mired in oppression, and is now facing a government that is built to destroy them. Members of my family have been trying to get US citizenship FOR YEARS and the process is just dragging through the mud. Even when Christians from Egypt try to enter for religious asylum it is rarely granted because the peace loving Muslim Egyptian tyrannical Government denies the existence of any hardships for the Coptic population. Something in my life I never thought I'd say... things were most certainly better under Mubarak.
