What keeps happening is I add one, and the other one goes away. Then I look and both are there. Now I'm back and the bottom one is gone again. Now I see the bottom one in the preview, but it wasn't there when I first looked at the messages.

Something about on needs to be uploaded and the other needs to be on site, and both have the same name, Optional Image. Must be old age getting me?
